Unless you are able to devote large amounts of time to research and viewing trips, it can become hard to keep up when searching for  a property in France.  Particularly in Paris the market moves extremely quickly and good properties will be snapped up within a few days. Tricolore offer a bespoke service, working on your behalf to find the right investment according to your criteria. 

We work on the ground searching the market in its entirety, from private sales which represent a large part of the market, to sales through developers and agencies, giving you access to a wide range of properties.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Mortgage acquisition - We use our contacts in France and the UK to assist with your search for a mortgage.

Liaison with Notary - All French Property sales are recorded through a notary.  Once the 3 months of conveyancing has passed you are ready to pay the balance on the property and collect the deeds and keys to your property.  Should any unforeseen problems arise we act on your behalf keeping you informed of developments.

Renovations and decorations - We are able to recommend and liaise with builders and interior decorators for renovation projects.

Assistance with administration - We are able to assist wherever necessary with administrative work related to the maintenance or management of your property.
