Emily Southcombe BA Hons PGDipSurv, Managing Partner

Having graduated in French, Italian and Marketing at Oxford Brookes university Emily Southcombe worked in the finance department at ADI Alternative Investments in Paris before returning to the UK in 2004 to work for a leading French Property agency, specialising in residential property - resale and off plan developments including leaseback.

In 2006 she returned to France to found Tricolore Property Search. The company was born of the idea that with the French property market being so fragmented and the market moving so quickly in Paris potential investors needed assistance in finding the right property at the right price.  Tricolore Property Search caters to clients based abroad who do not have the time or inclination to pace the streets of Paris looking for that 'perle rare'.

Having worked for the family surveying firm from a young age and subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying from Reading University Emily combines her knowledge of the property industry with her passion for all things French when advising clients and taking the hard work out of the purchase procedure. With first hand experience of the unforeseen aspects of managing property in France, she uses her knowledge of the market to help clients avoid potential pitfalls.
